Hotel Deli River: the pool

 Spending two days ‘respite’ by the splendid pool at our Sumatra retreat has been much appreciated. We ‘overdid’ the sun perhaps on the first day and instead of dining on lobster we looked like one. The friendly staff at the hotel serve drinks to our sunbeds. The sound of the fountain, the noise from the mosques, the butterflies & flora make it a magical experience.
